Jim has been a Middle School Principal for the past 25 years, transforming schools into utilizing best middle school practices focused around the WHOLE child. Because of these best practices, Jim has been able to transform two middle schools into being recognized as Schools to Watch through the National Forum. Jim continues to advocate for best middle school practices and serves as a Board of Director through the Association of Illinois Middle Grade Schools.
