Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois (TRS) is the retirement system for certified teachers and administrators in public common and charter school districts located outside of Chicago.  TRS representatives will be available as resource for the defined benefit plan and the new 457(b) TRS Supplemental Savings Plan (SSP).
