Description

The SOAR (strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results) model of strategic planning focuses on strengths and the vision for the future in order to drive change. Participants will learn the basic foundation of how to use appreciative inquiry to focus on the best of what is currently working within their schools by exploring strengths and successes. These strengths are then incorporated into the SOAR model where opportunities and aspirations are identified to ensure that all stakeholders are working toward common goals and achieve the desired results.
