This session will focus on how school leaders can improve both staff and student SEL by leading through a trauma informed lense while also striving to build a positive, collaborative school culture. When school leaders focus on the wellbeing of their staff and students, and work to create an environment where everyone’s strengths are collaboratively utilized to bring an amazing education to our students, not only is academic growth evident, but personal growth as well! Attendees will take away trauma informed, SEL, and positive culture building activities that can be implemented as soon as tomorrow!
