Paul has been in education for 23 years and has been a Social Studies teacher and Instructional Coach, while presently working as the Curriculum Director for Social Studies and World Languages for Joliet Township High School in Joliet, IL.  As a teacher, he taught AP European History for 15 years while also becoming an AP Reader for that course.  Over the past several years, he has been the grant manager for the AP grant program while overseeing the AP program for the district.
